«Some wishes we have for the new year 2009»

1. more entries featuring different seasons (we've already had so many winter/christmas themed entries but too little of other seasons and days like Spring, Summer, Autumn, Easter, Valentine's Day, etc.)
2. more pictures featuring the other mentioned characters and especially the Teams
3. that you don't forget to read the rules carefully so you don't miss any important details

Hello to all of you!

Yes, it's contest time once again.
=MariahAcorn and I decided to finally hold a contest together featuring our most important teams and couples who seriously need to be known a bit better.
And what better way is there than doing a contest? With great prizes and alot of time to work with! ;D

What do I have to do?

Your job is to draw any of these teams, couples or best friends (or whatever you wanna call it):
  1. Mariah & Tessa
  2. Team Colorful (Mariah, Tessa & Victoria)
  3. Team Black Moon (Mirian, Luradja & Grace)
  4. Amethyst X Halloween
  5. Aqua X Kyle

But that's not all you have to do. This contest will be a bit more challenging.
Additionally we want you to draw them in a seasonal theme. This can be featuring either:
  1. simply one of the 4 seasons of the year
  2. any specific season like Halloween, Christmas, New Year, Easter, or anything else.
Use your own imagination to think of something fitting. We would personally most appreciate to see many creative pictures featuring many different seasons or celebrations. There are surely many more ideas to come up with just thinking of the fact that different countries have different events and different ways to celebrate them.
If you need more information about the characters or anything else, feel free to ask. :3

Rules:
  1. only 100% OWN art
  2. no hentai as it's against DA's rules (it hurts my soul... D'8)
  3. you are allowed to add your own characters as long as the main focus is still on our characters
  4. only pictures that include the named characters the way they are listed (not like maybe Mariah & Kyle or something) will actually be counted as entries!!!
  5. only pictures that include any seasonal theme will be accepted as entries!
  6. you are allowed to submit more than one entry

Prizes:
1st place: 1 pic from each =MariahAcorn and me + 1 year subscription
2nd place: 1 pic from each =MariahAcorn and me or 1 year subscription
3rd place: 1 pic from either =MariahAcorn or me or 3 months subscription

Deadline:

20th July 2009
